In most cases, no referral is required to schedule an appointment. However, some insurance plans may require one for coverage. I’m happy to help you determine what your plan requires.
-
Not currently, however, I provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Please reach out to discuss your specific coverage options.
-
I provide in-home nutrition counseling within Philadelphia and vicinity. Virtual appointments are also available for families outside this area or who prefer online sessions.
-
I support families from preconception through toddlerhood, including:
Preconception and fertility
Pregnancy
Postpartum and lactation
Infants (0–12 months)
Toddlers (12–36 months)
-
Each visit includes:
A comprehensive nutrition and health assessment
Discussion of your goals and concerns
Hands-on, practical guidance tailored to your home
Meal, feeding, or routine recommendations
Time for questions and education
For infant and toddler visits, I may observe a feeding or review your child’s current routine to provide realistic recommendations
-
All feeding journeys are supported here.
-
This depends on your goals. Some families benefit from a single visit, while others prefer ongoing support through pregnancy, postpartum, or feeding transitions. We’ll decide together what works best for you.
-
Always. My goal is to provide supportive, compassionate, and realistic care — not perfection. Feeding and nutrition can feel overwhelming, and you deserve guidance that meets you where you are.

You can schedule an appointment through Kalix Health or contact me directly through the Contact page. I’m happy to answer any additional questions before your first visit.
