• In most cases, no referral is required to schedule an appointment. However, some insurance plans may require one for coverage. I’m happy to help you determine what your plan requires.

  • Not currently, however, I provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Please reach out to discuss your specific coverage options.

  • I provide in-home nutrition counseling within Philadelphia and vicinity. Virtual appointments are also available for families outside this area or who prefer online sessions.

  • I support families from preconception through toddlerhood, including:

    • Preconception and fertility

    • Pregnancy

    • Postpartum and lactation

    • Infants (0–12 months)

    • Toddlers (12–36 months)

  • Each visit includes:

    • A comprehensive nutrition and health assessment

    • Discussion of your goals and concerns

    • Hands-on, practical guidance tailored to your home

    • Meal, feeding, or routine recommendations

    • Time for questions and education

    • For infant and toddler visits, I may observe a feeding or review your child’s current routine to provide realistic recommendations

  • All feeding journeys are supported here.

  • This depends on your goals. Some families benefit from a single visit, while others prefer ongoing support through pregnancy, postpartum, or feeding transitions. We’ll decide together what works best for you.

  • Always. My goal is to provide supportive, compassionate, and realistic care — not perfection. Feeding and nutrition can feel overwhelming, and you deserve guidance that meets you where you are.

  • You can schedule an appointment through Kalix Health or contact me directly through the Contact page. I’m happy to answer any additional questions before your first visit.
